Still In Search For Our Next Home…

Honestly, if  wasn’t because of my father-in-law that we need to take care and if I wasn’t thinking of  my daughter’s  education,  we’d already have move out from this state a long time ago  because we had enough of all the craziness that my hubby’s sisters done to us.  Anyhow, my hubby and I are still considering getting a home for our retirement where we can live away from his siblings most especially the dramas, intrigues because of inheritance and money and most of all away from his sister “Cruela D.”

Now I always see my hubby browsing homes from different states every time his online.  So, far he really does like the Kolter Homes especially the ones from Florida where he consider as one of a good place to retire because he use to live there for 15 years.  Well, I know moving is a pain in the neck but with the help of experts I’m sure it won’t be that difficult for us to find the right one when the time comes.

  1. It's going to happen if your mind is into it. I experienced it too, and thanks God, we were able to move out. I thought it would take us long to do it but we did and have a happier and peaceful life then on. Go for your plans and you'll be amazed that everything will just fall into place.

  4. Kumusta Sam,

I am sorry to hear about your troubles with your sister-in-law. Hang in there, though, as you will find a nice new place I am sure. There are some great deals to be gotten in real estate now too, especially if you are handy in fixing things up a bit. I don't know if you and your hubby ever considered retiring in the Philippines, but that might be something to think about (my wife and I are planning on doing that when the time comes). All the best to you and yours!

  5. Hey Buzz, I'm fine although I still recovering from the traumatic experience I had from my hubby's sister. The idea of retiring in the Philippines in the future, well sad to say that my hubby is not open to that in fact he already bought our cemetery plot 2 years ago so surely will going to retire here. :D
