Leap of Faith

Thanks to Roman May

I took a huge leap of faith this year and decided to start my own company. It was simultaneously the most exhilarating thing I’ve ever done and the most terrifying. I couldn’t be happier, but it is a little stressful knowing that I’m solely responsible for the success or total failure of my company. To keep my overhead low, I’m currently running the company out of my apartment. My tiny one bedroom is getting smaller and smaller by the second, and I’m looking forward to the day I have enough capital to invest in some commercial property. To do that sooner rather than later, I’ve started saving money everywhere I can. I have bought all recycled office supplies and I am writing off as much as I can on my taxes. I know it will be a long road but I’m looking forward to the challenge. One positive thing that has come out of this money saving craze is the discovery that I can get my natural gas for cheaper by calling shopelectricityratestexas.com. It took me about ten minutes to complete the entire process with them, and they saved me a lot of money. I’m stocking it all away and can’t wait until I have enough to move out of this cramped office!

  1. It's great to be able to start one's own business no matter how small it is in the beginning. With the help of God and much effort, it can grow big. Thanks for the post. Happy New Year to you all. God bless you all always.

  2. I agree with Mel... "It's great to be able to start one's own business no matter how small it is in the beginning. With the help of God and much effort, it can grow big." There is no harm in trying just entrust everything to God and do your best.
