I’ve
got a call from my physician today! And you heard it right guys I'm still gonna
live longer according to my physician lol! Well, the results of all the test
that they've done to me last week are all normal even my Aldosterone that my
physician mentioned to me which is if it's high there's a possibility for me to
have a brain tumor! Well, I'm so happy to know that it's also in a normal
range! I really prayed for it because I'm so scared to take another pills
or to have a surgery! I just rather die than having them open parts of my
body!!! Anyway, my Endocrinologist confirmed also that I have essential
hypertension which is not new to me anymore. But they still included it on
the test that they've done to me because they want to know if I needed to take
a special pill for it. But according to my Endocrinologist I don't need a
special one. I just need a regular pill
the one that I'm already taking since 2008. Oh well, I just need to learn how
to live with it for the rest of my life no choice it runs in my family. :-/
FYI: Essential hypertension (also called primary hypertension or idiopathic hypertension) is the form of hypertension that by definition has no identifiable cause. It is the most common type of hypertension, affecting 95% of hypertensive patients, it tends to be a familial and is likely to be the consequence of an interaction between environmental and genetic factors. Prevalence of essential hypertension increases with age, and individuals with relatively high blood pressure at younger age are at increased risk for the subsequent development of hypertension.

I am so glad to hear that very good news. Praise the Lord for His goodness and faithfulness to you. God is really good, all the time. Like me who also suffers from hypertension, you must know by now the food that you must avoid so as not to aggravate your situation. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of natural fruit juices and water. Fish, including fish oil is good for you too. They will purify your body and eliminate toxins. Hello Ate Sam,this is a very good news. I am so glad that everything is fine with your test. Just be extra careful and don't make yourself too busy because it's not good for you to get so tired. Nways po, as usual Mackenzie were crying most of the time at the clinic. She had flu shot and a poke on her finger for an anemia test and the result turned out fine. Love ya and miss ya and baby bot.
