Making a lot of refreshing iced tea?Expert recommend when making it start with freshly drawn water. Because water that that has been sitting in your teakettle, especially if it has previously been boiled, should not be used for tea because it becomes de-oxygenated and tastes flat. FYI: Iced tea is best served on the day it's made.
