How Safe Is It To Eat Tuna?

FYI: Tuna contains high levels of mercury, but you don't have to give it up entirely. According to FDA, it's okay for most adults to have one 6-ounces serving a week of tuna steak or albacore-or 12 ounces of canned light tuna, which has less mercury.
