It’s Friday once again. I don’t want to get you all bored in reading my post so I make it simple. Just a quick tip again for all of you for the weekend.
My 1st tip - On health and hot tea - Hot tea is a soothing drink on a cold day or when down with cold or flu. The plant chemicals (flavonoids) in green and black tea provide health-promoting anti-oxidants as well.
My 2nd tip - On Kids - Kids love crunch. Serve crunchy apples slices with a yogurt or caramel dip for a tasty, nutritious and quick treat. Have fun!!!
