Why Walk?

According to the American Heart Association, Walking 30 minutes most days of the week can:

  • reduce the risk of coronary heart disease
  • improve blood pressure and blood sugar levels
  • lower the risk of obesity
  • enhance mental well-being
  • decrease depression
  • reduce the risk of osteoporosis
  • reduce the risk of breast and colon cancer
  • reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes

Did you know? One hour of vigorous exercise can add two hours to your life.

So, come on guys, walk with me :-)
