Finally Got My Daughter's New Instrument

I'm so tired today, I did weekend cleaning of the house. And now I just came from my daughter's school. The Secretary of the school called me to pick up my daughter's new instrument because it's kinda heavy for her to take it home. I can see some problem here. On how she can carry it going to school every Mondays and Tuesdays. We need to figure it out later.

Last year (3rd grade) she played a "Recorder" as shown in the photo here . It is belongs to a flute classification instrument. The size and weight of it is nothing than the instrument she will play this school year. I can't wait to see her playing the intrument and to their concert later by June 2010.

This is the 4th Grade instrument that she chose. It's a combination of Snare Drum and Mallet Percussion Instrument.

SEE! how big and heavy looking this is? in there she has every important parts to use. Take note the real Snare Drum is not included yet. She has to exchange it later as per teacher's saying.
Whew! this month is really a busy month for me. Well, I am always busy everyday anyway :-). I had a hard time adjusting here really. Especially managing the time. It seems that all day here is not enough for me to do household chores. Because back in my country since I gave birth to my daughter I always had a helper. So, a lot of things that I didn't do before, I learned to do it here. But I am so glad now because I learned how to manage my time. And by not stressing out to much of myself.
