My 9 years Old Daughter Story 1

My daughter Shaneika really loves to read, write and compose poems. Her dream is to become a famous writer, artist and/or veterinarian in the future. One day she asked me a favor to publish it here and share it to all of you. Believe it or not she's the one who typed it here when I don't use the PC and doing my household chores. She's writing this story for 2 weeks now and she's not finish yet. She doesn't' want me to publish it until she's done with it but I couldn't wait so long because of the huge space in my blog page. Finally I convince her to publish it by explaining that she can get back on it anytime to continue and finish the story.

While reading this I can't explain how i feel but for sure I am a real proud mother. She is indeed my pride and joy. I will post more soon especially those poems that she entered and was selected and publish in her school "The Every Season Poems Competition 2008-2009". Enjoy reading everyone.

STORY#1

THE CHEER SQUAD

& the

CHEER LEADING CAMP

Chapter1

"SUMMER IS IN AND SCHOOL'S OUT" Kelly said "Hey Kelly!!" Pamela shouted while running toward Kelly " hey,hey there Pam"Kelly replied "so ready to go to cheer leading camp ?"Pamela said " anyway how many weeks do we have to stay? Pamela continued "4 weeks.Which is like a month" Kelly answered "what is Justin gonna do in a month " Pamela asked " Justin? probably hang out with his buddies who is older than us and play his electric guitar he got for Christmas.....hey! why are we standing in the front yard talking about stuff while everybody i mean everybody except us having fun in the backyard ?"i said"let's just go" Pamela said hauling me away.

Chapter 2

AFTER HAVING FUN IN THE SUN Kelly and Pamela soon will have to go to cheer leading camp. Both of them were in Kelly's room .Pamela was on the computer and Kelly was playing her piano "Kelly you're house is awesome . mine is like a dull place " Pamela said. Kelly giggled " are you kidding. you're house is cool too, i mean when we're there we go to the tree house of awesomeness, you're family room has like a air hokey and games to play. oh and don't forget the peaceful and relaxing backyard. well it's not relaxing when you're little brothers go and annoy you " Kelly replied and Pamela laughed."what! it's true?" Kelly said " i know" Pamela said" but look at you're house you're like like a millionaire! with a pool ,a pole you go down on,and look at the closets it's like a shopping mall to me.also you have....." " I'm sorry to interrupt. but i don't really care for all of the stuff my god parents give me all i care is that i want to see my real parents again and not to live like a princess. i know that I'm the coolest kid in school just because of what i have Pamela. so can we stop talking about how my house is awesome and how rich my god parents are and everything?" Kelly said " sorry i bought the subject up" Pamela apologized "that's fine Pam"Kelly replied " hey kells almost time to leave so shut everything off and you both have to come down stairs " Justin said "okay "both of the girls replied. so they did everything Justin said . everyone was downstairs ready to say goodbye because the bus will be there at exactly 5 minutes. every body said goodbyes 4 people teared a little like they're going to leave forever. the bus beeped and they both got on and the bus was chatty full of girls and then waved and left.

Chapter 3

WHILE THE GIRLS WERE ON THE BUS. Some of the girl were like "hey! you're Kelly carter. i love the carter company for kids did you design some of the clothes?, you are the most rich kid in the country and can i take a picture of you" and blah,blah ,blah.Then we finally came to a stop " Hi girls! my name is Carmela but you can call me Cammie if you want to. I'm your teacher. There's gonna be allot of great activities. So please follow me to your rooms and then continue to UN-packing your bags" Carmela introduced . Everybody followed Carmela to the rooms. It said in large letters on the door going in and going out G4 a.k.a. GIRLS in 4TH GRADE . There was a knock on the door. It was another girl named Patricia gave her a clipboard with a couple of sheets in it. While we were UN-packing . There was this girl coming toward Pamela and Kelly " Hi I'm new here at town and i already met a couple girls here. I see you're Kelly carter just to tell you my name is Ashley what's yours?" Ashley said " hi Ashley. nice to meet you my name is Pamela" Pamela answered Ashley " by the way where are you from?" Kelly asked "Australia. well i have to go back and UN-pack a few things... bye!" Ashley said as she walked away " Well she's nice!" Kelly said " i like her accent too " Pamela said back and Kelly let out a giggle. " come on everybody let's do our daily attendance " Carmela said " okay let's start... Kelly,Pamela,Hannah,Chloe,Savannah,Ashley,Taylor,Rachel and lastly Alexandria" everybody said yes! "okay girls our schedule of first day of camp is lunch,swim,play a couple of games and make a campfire and make toasted marsh-mallows!" Carmela said exited " you do traditional stuff here too?" Savannah asked shocked "oh yes! now let's get going because we don't want the food to get cold on us!

Chapter 4

THE NEXT DAY. Ashley had got 4 friends already today. Their giggling about something and me and Pam did not know why but at least she has good friends!" okay girls come on in!" Carmela said to everyone. We were just waiting outside the gym on where we were gonna practice some basic steps which is always gonna be easy! because you make up you're on moves. But I know that there's gonna be a routine on the steps but today we are just gonna, maybe have some practice of something that's not hard. As we were walking in I've heard gasps and wows from everybody! "Okay everybody settle down! and please try to find a right spot to sit on!"Carmela shouted to quiet everyone of us."Now we have experts to help us they are already in high-school now there are boys because they are the one who ill catch you when you fall off a pyramid which is later on and to do some exercising to get good bones. And is everybody fine with everything? say I if agreed!" "I!!!!!!"every girl agreed.

Every girl tried very hard to gasp air . The exercising was hard but not extremely hard. On Kelly's last drip of water she let out a big sigh."Pam I never knew we are gonna do this exercising on cheer leading camp!" Kelly said " But we have to do it kells. Because we need to have good bones too when it comes to cheer leading!"Pamela said "Now you're sounding like aunt Ellissa when you said the part of having good bones and uncle Richard when you say you have to do it!" Kelly said back.Then they both just laughed "Okay girls let's grab lunch then swim at the lake!how about that" Carmela said "Okay!"everybody said "let's go !" Carmela said

Chapter 5

IT WAS THE NIGHT TIME everybody was whispering. "What about let's have a slumber party?" Taylor suggested "Right on!"Alexandria said real happy "What shall we do?"Rachel asked" I know. Let's eat popcorn and everything but not too loud" Hannah suggested"And not really late"Chloe said " I say that's smashing! we could do itoevery week and besides we totally deserved it today from the hard exercising. Say I is approved " Kelly said standing on the top of her bed "I!" the I"s surrounded the room then the girls threw the pillows like hats as they were in a graduation! Chloe looked for sodas in the fridge and Lizzie put the popcorn package on the microwave, Ashley looked for a great movie and the rest are talking and listing what else the could do after movies. after the popcorn popped Lizzie gave every girl a bowl and they watched THE PARENT TRAP everybody loved that movie. Then they played monopoly had chocolate, gave each other their phone number and learned about each other and had a lot of common"Hey guys I was thinking what were doing is fun you know like we should make a club!" Ashley suggested "Outstanding idea we could call each other..."Alexandria said "Cheer Squad!!!" Kelly shouted "brilliant Kelly!" Taylor said "YEAH CHEER SQUAD!!!" everybody said
